About Notes of Encouragement

Non small-cell lung cancer patients on AstraZeneca’s immunotherapy treatment (Imfinzi) only make it about seven months through a 12-month treatment regimen before dropping out. JPA created an unbranded CRM campaign to encourage patients to stick to their treatment plan by providing them notes of encouragement from real lung cancer survivors who have been in their shoes. The CRM campaign included 13 original emails featuring resources and tips tailored to the treatment month each patient is currently in.

The client loved the campaign concept so much, we are expanding for other audiences in 2021.
